We brought our secondary vehicle in to have the A/C fixed because this heat was killing us, with a busy schedule and not much time, they were able to get our vehicle in and fixed in the time frame we needed it by. So thankful for their urgency & great service. A week later they followed up with a text to check on how the vehicle was doing. I would highly recommend them!🙂

Josh and his mom were so pleasant and I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman that put my brakes on, but he was cool too! I started bringing my 94 Lexus to Jefferson auto after my mother found their shop over two years ago and she was satisfied with their work. I've been a customer ever since enjoying popcorn, sodas, and coffee. I also have a memory of one day about a month ago when I took my car in on my off day and a tornado warning was given while we were there. We tried to leave and soon as I ran out to the car the tornado actually hit and they have it all on camera. I made it back in soaked but safely by the grace of God. Mrs. Cathy was there when me and my male friend made it back in the shop and though she was worried about her baby boy who was working in the back at the time the tornado hit, she came and hugged us both tightly... The crew there is now my lil extended family, Mrs. Cathy, owner, her son's and my favorite married couple Josh and Kayla.. Thanks guys....

Just got my car back this morning after bringing it in to have the a/c blower motor replaced. These guys are awesome with their work and they have big hearts too. I met the owners a few years ago at a function for Children's Hospital, giving of their time and of themselves to help raise money for the hospital. I will always bring my car to Jefferson Auto for repairs.
Top level customer service. They called to let me know what was going on about my car, they researched & made sure everything was right. Everyone there was friendly & nice. I had a great experience at Jefferson Auto & wont be dealing with any other mechanics!!

This is a family-owned business that treats you as family. Everyone listens to you, and they not only try to help, they do a really good job. They are professional and treat you with courtesy and respect. This is such a welcome relief from the way most car repair shops operate, especially when dealing with a woman.
